CRM Activities
Work your own day from one CRM tab: pipeline counts at the top, and every pending item you own in three columns.
What You Can Do
- See how many accounts sit in each pipeline stage, with today’s date
- Work your TODOs in Pending, In progress, and Completed — including items linked to tickets, shipments, pickups, and partners, not only CRM accounts
- Complete or reopen an item you own in one click
- Open a linked account in the CRM panel without leaving the tab
- Open a linked ticket in a new tab, already filtered to that ticket
- Create or edit an item through the same header task drawer you already use
Getting There
- Open CRM in the main sidebar.
- In the view switcher choose Activities (after Calendar).
You need CRM access. You do not need manager permissions.
If labels show as raw keys (crm.railTitle), the language file on S3 is missing those keys — ask an admin to upload them.
Common Tasks
Review the day
- Open the Activities tab.
- Read the Pipeline strip (account counts per stage).
- Work left to right on the board: Pending → In progress → Completed.
Complete an item
- Find the item in Pending or In progress.
- Use the complete control on the row.
- The item moves to Completed immediately. If the save fails, it returns to the previous column.
You cannot complete an item that was only shared with you.
Open the related record
- Use the row link.
- Account — the CRM side panel opens on this page.

/ticketsV2with that ticket selected. Clear the Ticket ID filter to see the full list again. - Other modules open in a new tab. This Activities tab stays open.
Create a new pending item
- Click New item (Nuevo pendiente).
- Fill the existing task form in the header drawer.
- Save. The new row appears in the matching column after the list refreshes.
Open a ticket from a link or email
- Follow a link like
/ticketsV2?id=842. - The list narrows to that ticket and the detail panel opens.
- Clear the Ticket ID filter when you want the full list.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why don’t I see follow-up calls I scheduled?
Scheduled follow-ups live on the Calendar tab. Activities is your personal TODO board plus pipeline counts.
Why do I see tickets and shipments here?
The board is “everything I owe,” not “everything I owe in CRM.”
Why is a ticket link lowercase /ticketsv2 in an old email?
The app treats both spellings the same today. New task links use /ticketsV2. Email and Slack templates were not changed in this work.
Can my manager see my board?
The tab shows your tasks. There is no salesman / team filter on this screen.
