When the credit is applied

Manual: upload the signed contract PDF on the request. The line is written when management authorizes, with no DocuSign signatures.
DocuSign: authorize only sends the envelope. The credit is applied when the envelope is completed.
A new line with no live limit applies CR. A modification with a live line applies MD.
If the data does not qualify, the request stays in legal review and the line does not change.

Promissory note

Only new credit, and only when the country has a note form. Today that is Mexico.
Modifications skip the note and go from documents to legal approval.
If legal rejects the signed note, the client uploads it again.

Rejections

Commercial can close the request. A request still in commercial after 30 days is rejected too.
Finance does not close it: the request returns to commercial.
A rejected document or note goes back to the client and the request stays open.
Management can reject. None of these closings change the credit line.

Management flag off

If credit_line_pending_apply is inactive, legal does not park the request for management.
Legal then uses the same split: manual or DocuSign.
